1. Professional Standards

- Honor quoted service terms
2. Prohibited Conduct

- Credential misrepresentation
- Lead harassment
- Selling purchased leads
- Data misuse
- Fraudulent billing
- Spam outreach
3. Reader Conduct
Readers must:
- Provide truthful information
- Engage respectfully
- Not submit fraudulent inquiries
4. Data Usage
Lead data may only be used for:
- Servicing the Reader
- Providing tax assistance
Unauthorized resale or marketing use is prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Warnings
- Suspension
- Permanent bans
- Legal action
